簡介
Manila Hotel is a beautiful 5-star hotel located in Manila just 700 metres from iconic Intramuros and 900 metres from Manila Cathedral. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi access and facilities like in-house dining options, a business centre and an outdoor swimming pool.
Rooms are elegantly decorated and provide guests with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a seating area. Featuring a shower, the private bathrooms also come with a bath and a hairdryer. 自稱「蘆竹王陽明」的桃園24歲李姓富少涉嫌在房間架設6個具有夜視功能的鏡頭，偷拍自己與女友、網友和應召女的性愛畫面，並PO網分享，警方初步研判，至少有15名受害者。《周刊王》調查，李父得知兒子的荒唐行徑後，除大罵白痴，還撂下「脫離父子關係」的狠話！
不過，李姓富少強調偷拍事件根本是個烏龍，「我只有1個女朋友，她也被我拍過，其他的都是應召女，人數在5個以內，我都是拍好玩的，其他的都是在網路上下載的色情片，只是我習慣把檔案名改成我的名字，警察完全搞錯了。這些鏡頭都是我買來裝的，都有無線功能，隨時都會錄影，主要都是在拍狗，根本就不是刻意要偷拍。」
雖然名噪一時的淫魔李宗瑞，因涉嫌偷拍、性侵多名女子，遭判39年2個月有期徒刑。不過，被網友封為「蘆竹李宗瑞」的李姓富少言談間，似乎不清楚自己的行徑有多麼惡劣，他如此扭曲的價值觀，或多或少來自於原生家庭，也與台灣的教育體制脫不了干係。

107年度中央政府總預算案經行政院院會決議通過，核賦國防預算3,318億元。國防部17日表示，行政院院會通過107年度的國防預算，比106年度增加新台幣125億元，增加的預算將優先用於推動募兵制法律義務支出以及國防自主等施政上。不過，明年度國防預算仍未達國內生產總額(GDP)的3%。
國防部表示，行政院在兼顧國家安全、政府財政負擔及整體經濟發展等多重因素考量下，已適度增加國防預算；另承諾未來若獲新增重大採購案，將檢討動支預備金或編列特別預算支應。
國防部指出，為有效運用國防資源，所獲預算優先滿足推動募兵制法律義務支出，並置重點於「國機國造、國艦國造」及國防科技研發等國防自主施政要項，且戮力籌獲先進武器系統、維持主戰裝備妥善與改善官兵生活設施等，俾使預算資源發揮最大效益。
總計民進黨政府執政以來，國防預算均未達GDP的3%，明年度甚至只有1.9%，不只保三無望，恐怕連保二都有難度。
